Downtown Ottawa

Kanata Lake & Morgan's Grant

Kanata Lakes - Marchwood Lakeside - Morgan's Grant - Kanata is a cluster of suburban neighbourhoods home to golf courses and leafy local parks. Nearby, there’s a network of wooded trails in the spacious South March Highlands Conservation Forest. Commercial areas include strip malls like Signature Centre, with a mix of chain shops and independent restaurants, and the Kanata Centrum outdoor mall and movie theatre.

Barrhaven

Barrhaven is a suburb of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It is located about 17 km southwest of the city's downtown core. Prior to amalgamation with Ottawa in 2001, Barrhaven was part of the City of Nepean. Its population as of the Canada 2021 Census was 103,234

Riverside South

Riverside South (commonly known as 'Henan/RRS' in the industry) is a community that has become quite popular with young families in recent years. Located southwest of the Ottawa International Airport, it connects to the east side of Barrhaven via the Vimy Bridge to the west and can reach the airport, T&T Supermarket, as well as South Keys, Alta Vista, Bank Street, and Downtown within 10 minutes via Limebank Rd to the north.

Kanata South

Emerald Meadows began to develop as a residential area in the 1970s in the northern part of the community. Previous to that, the land was used for agricultural purposes.

Stittsville

Stittsville is a suburban community, part of the Canadian capital of Ottawa, Ontario. It is within the former Goulbourn Township. A part of the National Capital Region, Stittsville is immediately to the southwest of Kanata, adjacent to Richmond and about 20 km west of Downtown Ottawa

Manotick & Rural South

Manotick is a community in Rideau-Jock Ward in the rural south part of the City of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It is a suburb of the city, located on the Rideau River, immediately south of the suburbs Barrhaven and Riverside South, about 25 km from downtown Ottawa. It was founded by Moss Kent Dickinson in 1864.

Nepean

A large district comprising residential neighbourhoods, Nepean is bordered by the Ottawa River and waterfront green spaces. These include Andrew Haydon Park, with a bandshell and peaceful trails, and neighbouring Dick Bell Park, overlooking a marina. Depicting 1800s pioneer life, the Log Farm has animals to pet and maple syrup. The Bayshore Shopping Centre and Merivale Mall plaza feature chain fashion stores.

Westboro & Carlingwood

Westboro is an area in the west end of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Located along the Ottawa River, Island Park Drive defines Westboro's eastern border, while the Ottawa River defines its northern border. Under this definition, the population of the area is 22,725.

Findlay Creek & Leitrim

Findlay Creek is a suburban neighbourhood in Riverside South-Findlay Creek Ward in the south end of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. According to the 2021 Canadian Census, the population of the community was 14,089 and there were 4,395 new built dwellings.

Orleans

In 2001, Orléans was amalgamated into the City of Ottawa, becoming Urban sub-area No. 16 (now No. 15). The country-wide housing boom starting from 2000 has also seen an extremely large amount of housing and residential areas being developed in the eastern Orléans area west of Trim Road and south of Innes Road, such as the new communities Avalon, Notting Gate (including Notting Hill). The population and business growth in the area prompted the re-development of Innes Road from a two-lane to a four-lane road in 2005. With the Innes Road expansion, newer business areas along Innes Road between Trim and Pagé Roads, consist of many large retail outlets, restaurants, gyms, a movie theatre, etc.
